  • If you have not maintained your home in a while, a pre-inspection check might be an option to

  • Determine the functioning of your home’s important features.

  • Electrical outlets, proper functioning of windows, clean ceiling fans, check or replace bulbs, as well as A/C filters and coils.

  • Check all appliances for proper functioning and secure manuals if available.

  • Check kitchen cabinets and doors, replace hardware as needed.

  • Repair any damaged walls and add a fresh coat of paint as needed.

  • Create curb appeal of home’s exterior by checking functioning of sprinklers, cut the grass, plant flowers or potted plants; remove clutter or any trash; clean declutter garage or any exterior storage sheds.
